These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the Golf Reservation Center administrative panel (the "Service") at manage.golfreservationcenter.com. By creating an account or signing in, you agree to these Terms.
The Service is an internal tool for authorized staff of Golf Reservation Center and its partner golf course pro shops to manage tee time reservations, refunds, and related administrative tasks. It is not available to the general public and is not a consumer product.
You may register using a password, Google, or Microsoft sign-in. Every new account — regardless of how it's created — requires review and approval by an administrator before it can be used to sign in. We may deny or revoke access at our sole discretion, including for accounts we determine are not affiliated with an authorized golf course or partner.

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including suspected misuse or if your affiliation with a partner golf course ends.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Golf Reservation Center shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
